Book Dog Grooming in Dublin - MutzNutz Walkinstown

Very bad experience with the grooming service provided by Mutz Nutz Walkinstown. My dog has the type of coat that is ruined if shaven, therefore I gave very clear instructions that this was not to happen. I requested a good tidy up with a scissor cut. On collecting my dog I was horrified by what they had done to her, she had been shaved and very badly shaved at that. I can honestly say that I barely recognised her, her beautiful coat is completely destroyed, she looks like a completely different dog. My clear instructions had been completely ignored by a very unprofessional groomer who clearly has no knowledge of dogs and their coat types. A very upsetting experience.

I am a new customer of mitz nutz and will 100% come back. My dog Benny loved the staff and received the best grooming in a long time!!

After booking a 2 hour slot it took 4 hours to get my dog back. I had to call in 2 time after no calls from the shop to get my dog. My main concern what that my dog was just caged for hours while other dogs were worked on. The excuse given for the delay was funny (my dog did not like a blower in her face). Overall a bad experience, the solution is better communication and confidence that dogs are not left caged for hours.
