Get to feel like a kid again when I go into this Pet Shop..Being able to touch and hold snakes and other reptiles is such an amazing experience..(who knew they're so loving and cuddly) The fact that they're so relaxed around people and being handled, tells me how well they're taken care of..I got great advice and tips on how to take care of my Tortoise, kinda sorry I didn't buy from there in the first place, as I got more information about aftercare from a 10min chat with the lovely Jenny than I did from where I bought him originally. Her knowledge and willingness to share it is very generous and there's never an expectation to buy, but when you do, you're buying quality and never more than you need. I would be reluctant to go anywhere else. Highly recommend folks
Just wanted to give a shout out to the groomers in the cromwellsfort road shop. They are so sweet and kind to our dog Ziggy. And do a great job 👏
Brought my 5 month old puppy here for her first full groom, and I won"t be going back. They did everything I asked them not to do. Why bother asking the customer how they want their dog groomed when its going to be completey ignored. They apologised and didn't charge me the balance but it doesn't undo the awful groom and poor customer experience.
I'd give zero if possible, I placed an order with mutznutz over a week ago and I didn't get an update so I to email them and ask for one. I have emailed them twice and I haven't received a response. If I don't receive the items or a response in the next couple of days I'll have no choice but to report the transaction as fraudulent.
