30-Day Return Policy for Mutz Nutz Pet Care

Overview

Your satisfaction is our priority at Mutz Nutz Pet Care. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it, subject to the conditions and exclusions outlined below.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item Condition: The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: You need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Return Period: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the receipt of the product.

Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Customised or personalised items
  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or live plants
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

Please note, only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded, unless required by EU or Irish law.

Process for Returns

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Email us at [insert return contact email] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
  • Return Authorization: We will review your request and, if your return is approved, send you a return authorization along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

Refunds

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at enquries@mutznutz.ie

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
