Terrible conditions for the animals, only heard bad things and had to see for myself. The fish were in way too small of a tank for the filters to handle the bio-load of them, which was clear from the filth of them. Tank hanging off of a banister, dangerous if someone was to walk into it. Small animals not taken proper care, Guinea pigs didn’t have enough food/hay or even just hides. Would rather spend my money in a place that actually cares about their animals. Would give no stars if possible.

Was a good place, brought my dog here since he was a pup. however, recently cancelled my dogs session within twenty four hours when I had booked it two months in advance. I understand some people can't handle difficult dogs but why wait two months to tell me? I could of used that time to find him a new groomer who were properly suited to handle him, by the time I find a new groomer, they will most likely have to shave him down because by that time, his coat will be overgrown. very unprofessional and extremely disappointed by this turn of events.

Great place, very friendly and knowledgeable staff and they have a great loyalty scheme. I only docked a point as there should be a sign up saying other dog foods are out the back. When I asked for their own brand the assistant said "oh they're out the back, did you not know that?" Well no, it's my first time in your shop and there's no sign. She was then very helpful, so it's not a reflection on her. They clearly have a huge amount of repeat customers from what I saw when I was there.

If I could give zero I would. Cancelled my dogs groom less than 24 hrs in advance, after waiting 2 and a half months for an appointment. No apology and no reschedule. Avoid at all costs!
